For the marinade:, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, Salt and pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 600 g spare ribs, rinsed, 2 tbsp oil, 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 1 piece of ginger (2 cm), finely chopped, 1 tbsp hoi sin sauce, 2 tbsp soybean paste, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 200 ml water, Vinegar, salt, sugar, Sauce thickener
1. Stir the marinade ingredients, then allow the spare ribs to marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in the vitavit royal, braise the garlic and ginger, add the spare ribs and roast briefly all over. Stir in the hoi sin sauce, soybean paste, and tomato purée and dilute with 200 ml of water.
3. Close the cooker according to the instructions, set the main control valve to level II, place on a high heat. When the first ring becomes visible, reduce the heat supply. The 10 minutes cooking time begins when the second ring becomes visible.
4. At the end of the cooking time, release the steam according to the instructions, shake once and open.
5. Remove the spare ribs from the cooker, keep warm. Season the sauce, thicken to taste, reheat and serve.
