Oil, 2 cutlets, in strips, 1 large onion, in rings, 2 large courgettes, roughly diced, 1 yellow pepper, roughly diced, 1 leek, in rings, 4 large potatoes, diced, 2 tbsp vegetable stock (instant), Salt, pepper, 1/2 l water, 200 ml cream, 2 tbsp tomato puree
1. Heat the oil in the vitavit royal and brown the meat. Add the onions, vegetables and potatoes and cook briefly. Season with stock, salt and pepper and add water.
2. Close the cooker in accordance with the instructions and set the main control valve to level II. Place on a high heat. When the first ring becomes visible, reduce the heat. The cooking time of 5-7 minutes begins when the second ring becomes visible.
3. At the end of the cooking time, release the steam according to the instructions, shake once and then open. Mix the cream and the tomato puree and gently fold in. Season with salt and pepper.
