2 turkey fillets (approx. 400 g each), Fresh lovage, chervil, marjoram, 2 bunches of greens, cleaned and finely chopped, 2 onions, diced, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp white pepper corns, 1 apple with red skin, 2 tbsp butter, 300 ml meat stock, 2 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp cream, 3 tbsp horseradish, Salt, pepper, Lemon juice, Pinch of sugar
1. Wash the turkey and herbs and pat dry. Place into the with the greens, the onion, about half a tbsp salt, the bay leaf, peppercorns and about 1.5 litres of water.
2. Close the cooker in accordance with the instructions, set the main control valve to level I, place on a high heat. When the first ring becomes visible, the cooking time of 10 minutes begins.
3. Meanwhile, wash the apple in warm water and dry. Heat the butter in a pan, grate the apple into it and cover with stock. Mix the corn flour with the cream, pour into the sauce, bring to the boil briefly and remove from the heat. Season with horseradish, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar.
4. At the end of the cooking time, release the steam according to the instructions, shake once and then open. Remove the meat from the stock, slice and serve with parsley-seasoned potatoes and the apple and horseradish sauce.
